Tracking information is updated every 15-30 minutes during transit, with real-time updates at every scan point (pickup, sorting, departure, arrival, delivery).
What if my tracking number doesn't work?
Tracking numbers may take up to 2 hours to activate after shipment creation. If it still doesn't work after that, verify the number is correct or contact our support team.
Can I track multiple shipments at once?
Yes! Our enterprise dashboard allows you to track multiple shipments simultaneously. You can also track shipments individually by entering each tracking number.
